Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at Pacific Poppy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the boutique and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance on product features, benefits, and availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Sales Generation:

• Actively engage customers to promote sales and encourage purchases.
• Utilize product knowledge and selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team.

3. Merchandising and Inventory Management:

• Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized boutique environment.
• Ensure that merchandise is accurately stocked and replenished on the sales floor.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

4. Operational Support:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store tidying.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required, with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
